Counselor
First of all… take care of yourself…
I'm a first level Counselor, I obtained a master's degree from the SIPEA school in
June 2024 and I am constantly updating my skills.
Nursery and kindergarten teacher, Coordinator of services for developmental age,
Trainer and Quality Manager for various social cooperatives in Rome and
the Province, for about 20 years.
I obtained a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza'.
I've attended many professional courses in the social and school services sector,
obtained various certificates and the qualification of home assistant, gaining experience
in residential, hospital and non-hospital facilities.
I've dedicated a lot of time to my training and to the study of affective processes,
interpersonal relationships and communication, and I've focused mainly on
families and especially on children and young people (0-18).
I've studied various topics on learning;
on developmental age; on the study and recognition of emotions; psychology,
pedagogy, anthropology and sociology, still fascinate me today.
I've the qualification of Cultural Educational Assistant (current OEPAC) which allowed
me to work until 2013 at various educational institutions in Rome and the Province and
at all levels of education from nursery school to secondary school of I and II degree.
I worked as a Peer Education operator for visually impaired, blind and disabled users.
I participated in conferences and workshops on learning disabilities, on psychiatric distress, on minors, on the importance of art therapy and its applications.
I also dedicated myself to Erickson training on issues related to the world of school.
Counseling allowed me to integrate and deepen the academic knowledge already acquired and strengthened in the world of work at school with children and families, this allowed me to improve both personally and professionally.
I believe that the Counseling service can promote change and growth of the person; can facilitate the knowledge of specific problems and critical issues, can increase communication and relational skills, contribute to fostering greater awareness in the person, to become the architect of their own well-being.
